Regathering Information

Welcome Back Crossroads Family!

We are excited to get back to “in person” worship beginning next Sunday, May 24, 2020. We have
spent a lot of time praying, planning and preparing for this time. We know some of you may continue
to feel more comfortable worshipping online and we want you to know we fully support your
decision. Please know we look forward to you joining us when you feel safe and comfortable. On
Sunday, May 24, we are going to gather in our worship center with a “minimal contact environment”
and proceed in a safe and practical way. Here are some specifics:

Guidelines for Worship Services

Masks: You are welcome to wear your own masks and/or gloves. Masks will be available on the
foyer table.

Doors Open: All exterior and interior doors will be propped open to minimize contact.

Hand Sanitizer: There will be hand sanitizing stations placed throughout lobby and the sanctuary.

Marked Seating: Seating will be clearly marked and staggered between pews and sections to
preserve social distancing guidelines of a 6ft space between you and those around you, other
than family.

Safe Exit Strategy: We have a safe exit strategy to minimize contact and preserve social
distancing guidelines. We will share these at the end of the service.

Childcare: We regret that we cannot safely offer childcare at this time. We encourage you to have
your family sit together in worship.

Limited Restroom Guidelines: We ask that you limit capacity to 3 or fewer persons in a restroom at
a time.

Giving: You will be able to give your tithes and offering through offering boxes placed around
the sanctuary. In order to preserve social distancing guidelines, we will not pass the offering
plates.

Cleaning: Our housekeeping staff has been at work this entire time and they diligently clean and
disinfect surfaces and rooms each day. We will also clean and disinfect all surfaces: restrooms,
pews, doors, handrails, and etc. after each service to preserve a safe environment.

D-Groups: Classes will continue to meet online.
