Reopening Crossroads Kids
How we will stay healthy:
-A child will not be allowed to attend if they have had a fever in the last 48 hours or been exposed to someone with COVID.
-Temperature checks will be done for all volunteers and children every Sunday. These temperature checks will be written down.
-All volunteers must be age 18 or older unless they are working the check in desk (age 14 and up)
-Social distance 3 feet away from others and wear a mask if you are coming into contact with someone in another classroom.
-Masks need to be worn by volunteers unless they are correctly social distanced (3 feet apart). Teachers can take off the mask as long as they are properly socially distanced.
-Masks for children will be at the discretion of their parents.
-Utilize 20/20 rule in all classrooms – sanitize 20 seconds every 20 minutes. Hand washing preferred, but sanitizer acceptable when sink is not available.
-Hand sanitizer in every room and at the check in station.
-If a child begins to exhibit symptoms, a volunteer will take the child to the room beside the kitchen and wait until the parent can be retrieved from the service for pick up.
-All rooms will be cleaned thoroughly after each use by the church cleaning staff.
