Children's Church Pre-Registration If you plan to join us for worship on Sunday, take a second to fill out this registration form for your child. This will make the process hassle free once you arrive at our campus. Where provided, tell us a little about your child...what makes them "them". We are excited to have you and know that your child will be safe, happy and led closer to Christ while they are in our care!
